Pro-Staging proudly contributed to this environmental event that brought together 3,000 delegates to attend over 100 conferences.

The main hall was set up in room 400c which is particularly cold with its concrete floor, dull walls and exposed ceiling structure. We designed a layout that created a very pleasant atmosphere, with the use of 3 screens, one of which is vertical in the center, cameras on tripods as well as a robotic camera attached to the lighting structure. Speaking of lighting, we made sure to use it strategically to create a spectacular effect, which contributed greatly to making the room very inviting. This same room was also used for their annual Awards Gala.

This event will long be remembered by us and the client as it was the very last event we delivered before the first lockdown in Quebec for the COVID-19 crisis was declared.
