Pro-Staging proudly contributed to this 4-day international convention that brought together 10,000 delegates from over 40 countries.

In the plenary area (710ab), a well-decorated and colorfully lit backdrop and 3 screens were installed at the front. In addition, motorized lighting fixtures filled in what space was left to create a full 154′ wide front wall filled with projection or dynamic front lighting for dramatic effect. In addition to the complete audiovisual and simultaneous interpretation of the conference, including 9 related rooms, we were responsible for the recording for the broadcast on the screens in the main room and on the client’s FacebookLive account.
