The client contacted us only 2 months in advance for this beautiful large project. They confirmed the acceptance of our concept only 10 days before the installation.

The big challenge in the plenary room was that it had to be flexible, as the dividing walls had to be able to open from one direction to the other, creating an “L” shaped room.

The client wanted their guests to be impressed when they entered the room and they were served. All the interest was around the spectacular 2.9mm LED video wall in its original form that spanned no less than 10′ high by 52′ wide! Not to mention that the walls of the room were covered almost entirely with beautiful blue curtains on which we installed circular screens perfect for projecting the client’s logo that we animated in rotation.

We provided a secure live webcast of the speakers’ presentations via LiveStream.

For the dance party, a lighted dance floor was installed.

In addition to the plenary room, we had to take care of about 15 workshop rooms.
