Pro-Staging provided the audio visual services for this international congress which lasted 4 days and gathered 2,000 delegates.

In the plenary (517ab), 3 screens were installed at the front for a total of 70′ wide projection area and 2 other screens were installed in the back for the delegates seated far back. Our mandate included video capture, projection, sound, stage and dynamic lighting.

For the 20 workshop rooms, we opted for a very simple projection, sound system and lighting. We had one technician per room so Pro-Staging had a team of 24 technicians on-site to deliver the conference. In addition, we took care of the distribution network and content management to connect 16 of the rooms to the speakers’ room for the preparation of their presentations.
